• FORD VENTILATED DISCS TO HK-WB DISC BRAKE STUBS. 
  • Parts needed: 
  • Ford - Ventilated disc rotors and hubs (both types.) 
  • HK-WB Holden: Disc brake stub axles, 
  • wheel bearings, 
  • seals, 
  • keywashers, 
  • grease caps, 
  • HQ-WB calipers (PBR cast iron.) 
  • Bearing Part No's LM 67048, LM 67010 (inner) LM 11949, LM 11910 (outer) 
  • Kit Contains: 
  • 1 off Bolt Kit 
  • 2 off Machined Castle Nuts 
  • 2 off Caliper Brackets 
  • 2 off Bearing Spacers (7mm wide) 
  • 2 off Seal Adaptors 
  • Fitting Instructions: Remove original brakes and clean stubs. Remove all Ford bearings and shells, fit supplied bearing spacer before fitting new inner bearing shells. (Use disc brake wheel bearing grease.) Fit oil seal adaptor to allow Holden seal to fit. To fit the caliper mounting bracket, a very small amount of grinding may need to be done on the stub to allow the bracket to sit flat on it. Grind only to height of the machined area. Steering arm bolt up opposite side to caliper. Bolt up disc and caliper using the supplied machined castle nuts to allow the split pin to be fitted. Connect lines. Use G.M. or Ford disc master cylinders and booster or use VH40 booster on the front brakes only and 13/16th rear cylinders to obtain the correct brake ratio.
