Over the years CRS has marketed 4WD conversions for vehicles such as Landcruisers with V8 and 6 cylinder motors, Nissan G60 with Hemi Chrysler and Ford 6 cylinder motors, retaining the large factory fitted flywheel and clutch, Toyota Hilux with 6 cylinder and V8 motors, Nissan 720 with V8 and 6 cylinder motors, Suzuki Sierra 998 cc models with 3-4 and SK Corolla motors, Holden Jackaroo with V6 and straight 6 cylinder, both petrol and diesel, Nissan MQ Patrol with V8 and 6 cylinder motors, Nissan GQ with GM V8"s, Range Rover with GM V8s, Landrovers with Holden 6s etc. But of course with CRS’s machining experience any swap can be achieved if you have a special requirement.

Commercial Vehicle Repowering

When you rely on your ute, truck or van you must have a reliable motor that gives you economy, power and performance at a reasonable cost. CRS can supply engine transplants for many commercial vehicles, especially well catered for are the owners of the Ford/Mazda Trader range with adapter kits to fit Ford, Chrysler, Chev and Holden V8 motors. Toyota Dyna and HiAce, Mitsubishi Canter (diesel and petrol), Mazda E2000, Bedford etc., are some of the others covered, but of course our services make any repowering possible.

If you have a vehicle not catered for CRS will make any one-off required, all work is of top standard and the conversion is carried out in the most practical way.

Forklift trucks are another area where CRS has been able to assist customers where engines or parts to repair them were not available. All specials are carried out on an hourly rate.
